Located in the center of the Renaissance capitol, the stylish 3-star Hotel Donatello was previously home to an illustrious Florentine family during the 19th century. The fine decoration of the interior is instantly admired on entering; Murano glass windows color the reception, marble tiles pave the floor and suspended ornate chandeliers illuminate the way. The elegant hotel complex is composed of 60 unique rooms, each beautifully designed to provide a warm and relaxing ambiance. The high ceiling rooms are adorned with Murano glass chandeliers, Renaissance style paintings and decorated with elegant fabrics. The rooms reflect the grandeur of Italian handcraft and design: floors are fitted with varnished wood paneling and the immaculate bathrooms are finished with fine Italian marble. Rooms are air-conditioned and include minibar, cable television, direct dial telephone, internet connection, hairdryer and sound proof windows. For an additional charge the hotel offers a secure in-room safe, private parking and an in-room breakfast service. A classically decorated lounge and bar area is available, permitting guests to relax within the hotel complex. The bar faces the garden courtyard, where during the summer, refreshments can be enjoyed outdoors.

Single room: sleeps one person in a twin bed; usually a smaller sized room.
Double room for single use: sleeps one person in a double bed
Double room: sleeps two people in a queen size bed
Twin room: sleeps two people in two twin beds
Triple room: sleeps three people in one queen size bed and a pull out

Should you like to extend your stay in Florence either prior or after the Reunion, you can decide to add a few nights at the beginning or at the end. The Registration Form is set to allow a choice amongst the following dates:
Pre-reunion: June 18th-19th
Post-reunion: June 23rd-24th
Post-tours: June 30th-July 2nd

Private transfer services are available from/to the following airports:
- Florence – Amerigo Vespucci (FLR)
- Milan - Malpensa (MXP) or Linate (LIN)
- Pisa – Galileo Galilei (PSA)
- Rome – Fiumicino (FCO)
You may choose from two classes of services:
- By chauffeured vehicle: full door-to-door service. A driver will meet you outside the luggage claim area at the airport and smoothly transfer you all the way to the hotel door.
- By a combination of chauffeured service and train ride: a more affordable solution to reach Florence. A driver will meet outside the luggage claim area at the airport and transfer you to the nearest rail station, while providing you with either 1st or 2nd class tickets, according to your choice. At the end of the train journey, a driver will be waiting at the end of the platform in Florence and will drive you to the hotel.
The Registration Form allows you to choose from a variety of vehicles, according to the number of people in your party (luggage handling at the airport is not included):
- Sedan: sits up to 2 passengers and max 4 pieces of luggage
- Station Wagon sedan: sits up to 3 passengers and max 5 pieces of luggage
- Minivan: sits up to 4 passengers and max 4 pieces of luggage
- Van: sits up to 5 passengers and max 6 pieces of luggage
- Maxivan: sits up to 6 passengers and max 6 pieces of luggage
