Today is guaranteed to be the highlight of your Italian adventure. This morning after breakfast, your group will march in a New Year’s Day Parade in Rome. Following this exciting opportunity, you’ll enjoy a walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. At the Trevi Fountain don’t forget to throw a coin from your right hand over your left shoulder into the fountain, without looking back. Legend says that this will ensure your return to Rome one day.

| | | Today, you’ll visit St. Peter’s Basilica with a local guide, touring the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. This tour is a must for any Roman holiday, and your group will no doubt be left gazing in awe at the heavens Michelangelo created in the four years he spent crafting this masterpiece. Following your tour, enjoy the afternoon free in Rome before transferring to Palestrina for your fourth Italian performance this evening.
